We had such a nice experience at the Cassia Hotel. Everything was perfect! From the comfortable spacious rooms, to the beautifully decorated friendly lobby, the cleanliness, the delicious abundance breakfast and exceptional staff. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience! It's a 10+ for us!

The hotel is lovely and very centrally located within walking distance to the Old City and the stunning Yemin Moshe suburb. The room was very comfy and thoughtfully designed. I was a little disappointed with the staff, who were very stoney faced and really looked like they didn't want to be there! This was the only negative and didn't really impact my stay.

The rooms, the location and the staff (particularly Ali at breakfast, for whom nothing was too much trouble) were all excellent.

The pool was really nice, they let us in the room earlier than checkin time and later on Saturday when we left. Was clean and the beds were comfy, good location short cab or walking distance to central locations.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms have been recently renovated and were really lovely. The breakfast, even during Passover, was very good. The lobby area is welcoming. We didn’t try the pool but it looked nice. I stayed in this hotel about 8 years ago and it was tired and run down. Decided to try it again because I had heard it was renovated and improved- I am so glad that I did!

The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and has an ambitious art collection. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are fresh. The location is excellent. The pool area is nice.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot overseeing the Jerusalem Old Town. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond! When we asked for a room with a slightly better view (the view from the 1st room wasn’t the best), the manager was so kind to upgrade our room at no additional cost. The sceneries from the new room were just unbelievable! We highly recommend this place!

Amazing location with a wonderful view from the pool area. The hotel has been seemingly renovated not too long ago and the decor is excellent. Apple TV is the provided entertainment system on the television in the room. So my kids were very happy with that and it’s much better than the usual rubbish assortment of Ty channels that you get in hotels in Israel. Finally the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
